How much is this all going to cost?

How much your project costs is really dependent on you (the client). The best way to approach a design project is to first work out your finances and set an overall budget that you want to work within for your upcoming project. In order to determine the cost of a project, there are a number of factors to consider. If you are struggling in coming up with a realistic budget, we can work with you to determine your overall goals and set a budget for your space together. Money can be a difficult subject to discuss, but it is one of the most important steps in the overall process. Budget determines the overall approach to the project and ensures that a level of respect is maintained.

What is your design style?

Katie Campbell Interiors & Design strives to create a home that tells your story. In other words, we want to create a style through collaboration with you regarding your preferences and unique personality. With that said, you have come to us for a reason. Most homeowners have a hard time determining what their style is. We always recommend a transitional design aesthetic (and this is what we are good at) as it combines a fresh, contemporary look with classic and traditional appeal. The result is a timeless home that you can live with for many years to come.

What geographical area do you work in?

Katie Campbell Interiors & Design works primarily in the Greater Toronto Area (Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, Ancaster) with no extra travel fees. We will discuss projects outside of the GTA, but travel fees may apply.

How long will my project take?

The length of a project is dependent on the overall scope of work of each individual client’s job. On average, after our initial meetings, we require approximately four weeks to create your design package. The period of time it takes for sign-off on the design package is related to your decision-making and the number of meetings required for approval. Once the design package is signed off on, it can take up to 14 weeks for delivery of custom orders. On average, you can expect a minimum of 10-12 weeks from sign-off before a final installation will take place.
